One of the best Blu-Ray values for the money (2nd in quality only to Oppo from what I've read). Includes Netflix, DVD, CD, network audio/video; throw in games and it's an incredible value. I still use a separate DVD player just because I already own a nice one. I've read that the PS3 is not the best DVD player but I honestly can't tell the difference between it and my Pioneer Elite.

Use a PS3 for movies and use a Harmony One? Buy this. You'll thank yourself later. It even powers the PS3 one and off unlike other adapter options out there.

I came across these in a Chipotle restaurant: Concrete floors, glass and plaster walls, metal roof, tet song after song sounded great wherever I sat. So I got a pair and have been very happy. You can sit anywhere in the room, and hear clear voices and instrumentation. These still are satellites (with good mids) so couple with a good sub to get the full spectrum of sound.

For movies and just plain value in larger sizes, it's still hard to beat a plasma. Yes, there are more power efficient options and yes, LCD is good for video games. But for the price in 50"+ sizes you get a lot for your $$$. Great motion, black levels, contrast, detail, and more. Blu-Ray and HD looks amazing.
